Chelsea progressed through to the FA Cup Quarter-Finals, after a hectic and at times frustrating 4-2 win over Wrexham.
I guess the Blues shouldn’t have expected anything less than a match that could’ve been written in Hollywood.
Liam Rosenior’s men had to come from behind twice, to eventually lead and win the match.
Alejandro Garnacho is someone that is full of confidence right now, and that confidence shined through Chelsea’s FA Cup comeback.
Garnacho played on the left hand side of the attack for the whole match.
He was one of the most dangerous assets in attack against Wrexham.
Every time he was given the ball, he at least looked like he intended to do something with it.
The same can’t be said for every Chelsea player today.
The fact a 21-year old led by example is probably a testament to the squad depth we have, and the experience we have. But that’s a separate issue.
The all important goal that Chelsea so desperately needed? Garnacho stepped up.
He saw a beautiful ball played by Dario Essugo into his path, and he finished his chance with ease.

The Argentinian has been an enigma of sorts this season for the Blues.
Some games you think, Chelsea have got a real player on their hands. Other games you think Manchester United robbed them blind.
But against Aston Villa and today, he looked full of confidence. For all his faults, when Garnacho looks in confidence then he’s a dangerous player to defend against.
That seems to be his problem this season, not believing in his own ability enough.
Luckily for him though, his manager is world-class in man-management.
Rosenior has been known to get the best out of players, perhaps Garnacho could be the next player who will get his full potential realised.
Chelsea have PSG up next, it’s an important game that needs all of the Blues in-form players in the match. Could we see Garnacho in the starting 11 in Paris? For me, he has to start.
